Education, Integration & Social Impact Orientation

Naxis Talent, a talent division of Naxis World, provides end-to-end support for education access and community integration. From secondary school placements and university admissions to student visa applications, we help families prepare for meaningful transitions.

At the heart of MySparkSocial is the ability to turn ideas into action. The platform equips project and program owners with powerful tools to design, manage, and scale their initiatives — and creates a pathway for supporters to engage meaningfully with them.

For Project & Program Owners

  • Launch initiatives in a dedicated private workspace, accessible only to your team, and keep your initiatives private for internal use, or apply for inclusion in The Happy Fund — an initiative of MySparkSocial, powered by Spark Village, where your project will become public-facing and gain wider community engagement.
  • (Public Facing – Optional) Access collaboration features to recruit volunteers, and secure corporate partnerships at The Happy Fund, or integrate with Purpose Capital for its crowdfunding or sponsorship opportunities at Spark Village.
  • Use built-in planning, storytelling & communications, management reporting, and tracking tools to create projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Generate Lite or Pro impact reports to demonstrate transparency and accountability to funders, boards, and stakeholders

For Supporters

  • Once projects are launched, supporters can engage in two ways:
    • Open to the public (The Happy Fund at Spark Village): where admitted projects are visible to everyone.
    • Closed-loop communities: such as corporate, school, or NGO workspaces where participation is limited to members.
  • Contribute time, skills, or other support to initiatives that align with your values.
  • Follow project milestones and outcomes via transparent and regular reporting.
  • For initiatives within The Happy Fund, earn the Impact Dollars and the Social Value Achiever program for your contributions — reinforcing that every action counts.

Measurement & Recognition

All contributions and project outcomes are tracked through transparent dashboards.

  • Project owners can monitor results and generate reports that capture social value clearly and credibly.
  • Supporters at The Happy Fund see their efforts celebrated through the Impact Dollar system and the Social Value Achiever program, ensuring that every action — big or small — becomes part of a visible impact legacy.

  • Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS)
    TTPS is designed for top global talents to explore opportunities in Hong Kong without a job offer. It enables skilled individuals with strong credentials to stay for 24–36 months and connect with purpose-driven careers and networks.
  • Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS)
    QMAS attracts talented individuals who can contribute to Hong Kong’s competitiveness and well-being. With no initial job offer required, this scheme provides flexibility for building both a career and a community impact journey.
  • Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals (ASMTP)
    ASMTP allows Mainland Chinese professionals to enter Hong Kong with a confirmed job offer. It supports knowledge and skill transfer to sectors where Hong Kong needs meaningful contribution.
  • Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG)
